South African wartime drama. With war raging in Europe, young South African pilot Earl Kirk (Nicholas Van Der Bijl) volunteers for the RAF in order to make a contribution to the allied campaign. But when his crew's lives are put in danger in the midst of combat, they must act fast and leave the aircraft by parachute over hostile territory. Landing deep behind enemy lines, Kirk and his crew are then forced to battle through on foot if they ever hope to see their loved ones again...
