Horror film set in a psychiatric hospital. A group of medical students from around the world, each one selected for his or her specific phobia, takes part in a seminar exploring the nature and causes of fear. But the experiment soon escalates into true horror as an unknown murderer embarks on a killing spree tailored to manifest the specific terrors of each student's individual phobia. Only one of the students, Julia (Marie Zielcke), has the courage to confront the killer and uncover his own dark secret...
