While Billy is awarded the prestigious Silver Star and is asked to be part of a halftime show at a Thanksgiving Day football game, he struggles to deal with his new life and being branded a hero for what he will forever remember as the worst day of his life. The cast also includes Kristen Stewart as Billy's sister Kathryn and Steve Martin as owner of the Dallas Cowboys, Norm Oglesby.
