Action thriller directed by and starring Alexander Nevsky. When a series of murders take place in Los Angeles, all involving Russian sex workers, the local police chief decides that someone with more expertise and involvement with the Russian community is required. Major Vlad Kazatov (Nevsky) is the man brought in to aid in the investigation and he teams up with rookie cop Emily Smith (Kristanna Loken) in order to find the killer and put an end to his bizarre, torturous vendetta.
