Just before the games are about to begin at the Atlanta Olympics a deadly team of terrorists led by Kalal (Andrew Divoff - WISHMASTER) mount a precision attack on the Aquatic Center and succeed in taking the US Womens Swimming team hostage. The terrorists seal off the center and wire all the exits with powerful explosives. Unbeknownest to them they have missed a janitor (Linden Ashby - MORTAL KOMBAT) whom is trapped in the sprawling complex. At the Atlanta Olympics, the women's US swimming team are taken hostage by a group of terrorists led by Omodo (Andrew Divoff), who will not release them until their demands are met. When the gang shoot one of the swimmers on live television, the FBI arrange for an anti-terrorist expert (Hauer) to guide former martial arts champion-turned-janitor Jack Bryant (Ashby) in a counter-attack on the insurgents.
