Kelly (Lucinda Dickey) is a dance student who has grown restless with the tired old techniques her teachers are offering her. When she meets street kids Ozone (Adolpo Quinones) and Turbo (Michael Chambers), she gets introduced to breakdancing and realises that this is exactly what she has been looking for.
