Action thriller in which an army colonel is sent to track down his disturbed former protégé. Colonel Allen (William Sadler) is the head of a covert operations team whose brief is to anonymously assassinate foreign leaders. An early mission goes wrong when Allen's top young sniper, Oscar Padilla (Demetrius Navarro), is captured and tortured following a failed attempt on the life of Saddam Hussein. The team manage to extract Padilla from Iraq, but the soldier has been traumatised by the experience and is committed to a mental hospital. When Padilla escapes from the institution, Allen is sent to track down his former charge before his top secret knowledge - and desire for revenge on those who trained him - causes irreparable damage.
