William Fairman and Max Gogarty co-direct this documentary focusing on London's modern urban gay scene. The film delves into the underground gay scene in Britain's capital where increasing numbers are indulging in the mixture of sex and drugs in parties and clubs across the city, leaving many young gay men with harmful addictions and illnesses. Featuring interviews with those affected by the growing crisis, the film highlights the dangerous impact this phenomenon is having on the city's gay population; including those in denial, those thankful to escape and the workers responsible for treating the afflicted.
