1930s drama starring Katharine Hepburn as a young woman who falls for a married man. At a party Lady Cynthia Darrington (Hepburn), a young female pilot, meets politician Sir Christopher Strong (Colin Clive). The two embark on a love affair, much to the dismay of Christopher's wife (Billie Burke) and daughter (Helen Chandler).
