High-school horror. Troubled teenager Owen Matthews (Julian Morris) has recently joined prestigious Westlake Prep high school. When a young woman is found murdered near the campus, he joins a group of outsider students in spreading an internet rumour that she was murdered by a local serial killer known as 'The Wolf'. But when the students begin inventing other murders supposedly committed by the Wolf, new victims soon appear, killed in exactly the same way the group described. When no one believes their story, the students find themselves being hunted down, one by one, as their internet game turns into a terrifying reality. Although the film has been given a 12 certificate by the BBFC, the DVD edition carries a 15, due to the extras content.
