After visiting his mentally ill mother in hospital, Nick (Luke Kleintank) learns that his father he long thought dead is actually still alive. She also reveals that his father may know the reason Nick possesses a psychic gift that plagues him with visions of how people will die as soon as he comes into contact with them. Without hesitation Nick embarks on a trip with his pregnant girlfriend Eve (Alex McKenna) and best friend Ryan (Anthony Rey Perez) to confront his absent biological father. But when all roads lead to an abandoned mansion that Nick recognises from psychic childhood visions, the trio are forced to face its axe-wielding resident Seth (Tobin Bell) and uncover the mysteries hidden within the grounds of the house.
