BBC documentary following David Beckham as he travels the globe to play football matches on all seven continents in ten days before heading back to England in time for a UNICEF charity match at Old Trafford. Along the way, David visits a variety of locations including Papua New Guinea, Nepal, Djibouti, Buenos Aires, Antarctica and Miami where he learns more about the world's love of the game before returning to Manchester for one more match with his fellow stars.

Footballing legend David Beckham sets himself the challenge of a lifetime: to play a football match on all seven continents of the globe and get back to the UK in time for his own star-studded UNICEF fundraising match at Old Trafford. This epic journey sees David travel to 11 countries, over 13 days. Playing the beautiful game in some of the most challenging and remote locations of the world, David discovers how important football is to the many different people he meets and plays with. As he visits locations ranging from the icy landscapes of Antarctica to the jungles of Papua New Guinea, David highlights football’s unique ability to inspire and unite people across the world.
