All episodes from the first two series of the comedy drama written by and starring Ricky Gervais. Middle-aged Derek Noakes (Gervais) is a kind-hearted care worker who frequently goes above and beyond the line of duty for the elderly people he looks after. However, he is often shunned by society due to his appearance and poor social skills. In his role at Broad Hill nursing home, Derek works with colleagues including Hannah (Kerry Godliman) and Dougie (Karl Pilkington). The collection also includes the 2014 Christmas special in which Broad Hill prepares for the wedding of Hannah and Tom (Brett Goldstein) with Derek due to give the pregnant bride away.
