Jason Mewes and Roxanne Pallett star in this British comedy horror directed by Owen Tooth. Pallett plays Sarah, a young woman who has been thrown out of her mother's home and finds herself living in Albion Court, a notorious high-rise building. Desperate to make a home for herself, Sarah tries her hardest to settle in, but with many of her neighbours disappearing or turning up dead, she grows more and more terrified. Sid (Mewes), her young, and apparently sane, neighbour approaches her when his friend Paul (Jazz Lintott) goes missing, and the pair try to get to the bottom of the mystery. What forces are behind the disappearances and murders at Albion Court?
