When Cole (Franco Nero) is acknowledged as a ninja master it angers fellow ninja Hasegawar (Sh Kosugi) who feels Westerners should not be inducted into the ancient ways. Cole returns home to help a friend whose livelihood and family are being threatened by a local gang looking to steal his farm and land. When Cole stands up to the gang their leader recruits Hasegawar to eliminate Cole forcing a final bloody showdown between the Black and White ninjas.
