Norman and James are playing Superheroes and the two boys patrol the streets of Pontypandy looking for the perfect rescue. Norman is Norman-Man and James is his sidekick Atomic Boy. But when Atomic Boy executes the perfect rescue on more than one occasion Norman-Man is determined to be the best Superhero in town and hatches a plan involving a ‘borrowed’ jet pack. After the two Superheroes are left in need of rescuing themselves they are relieved to find that Fireman Sam is never far away to save the day for real!
