James Brown stars in this American Western. Having just escaped from prison, Matt Wade (Robert Karnes) tries to convince his brother Billy (Brown) to help him with a robbery. But Billy, a reformed gunslinger, refuses to veer off the straight and narrow. After Billy accidentally kills Matt in a brother's quarrel, Matt's son Ted (John Wilder) turns the town against Billy, leaving the former outlaw no choice but to return to his old gang and try to clear his name.
