Western in which a man falsely accused of stealing gold is released from prison and sets out to gain revenge on those who sent him away. Jake Kincaid (Alan Autry) regains his freedom with two clear objectives: to get revenge on the men who set him up and to locate the gold he is supposed to have stolen. With this in mind he heads to the town of Fairplay, but when he meets a struggling independent woman, Helen (Kimberlee Autry), his priorities become confused. Plagued by a band of gold-hunters who seem determined to take over the town, Jake may find himself forced to choose between his desire for revenge and his love for Helen.
