While serving a four-year sentence, Mark Clayton (Neil Fitzmaurice) makes friends with Ozzi (Dominic Carter), and together they plan to form a gang and take over the city's underworld. Through a combination of scams engineered by Mark the gang becomes hugely successful, but Ozzi's violent and uncontrollable temper threatens to blow their cover.
