James and Lily Palmer (Grenier and Bishé) live with their young daughter Hannah (Mckenna Grace) in a remote, off-grid house, protected from the outside world. When a cyber hack attacks all electronic devices in the country, friends and family that the Palmers have not seen for years come knocking on their door seeking refuge from further impending attacks. As the extended family settle in to their new temporary home, past arguments and unforgotten grudges come to the surface as these people realise why they had lost touch.
