Comedy sequel starring Sean William Scott as Doug Glatt, bouncer-turned-ice hockey legend. After perfecting his defence strategies playing for the Halifax Highlanders, Doug finds himself sidelined when he takes a hit that damages his right shoulder. Unable to do what he does best - fight - Doug settles in to suburban life with his wife Eva (Alison Pill) and starts a stable job as an insurance salesman. When he hears that his arch nemesis Anders Cain (Wyatt Russell) has been made captain of the Highlanders however, Doug seeks help and training in the unlikely form of rival Ross Rhea (Liev Schreiber) in a bid to return to full fitness and take on Cain in the rink.
