Triple bill featuring three classic western movies. 'Gunfight at the O.K. Corral' (1957) features the impeccable Marshall Earp (Burt Lancaster) and his best friend, the deadly gunfighter 'Doc' Holliday (Kirk Douglas), as they shoot it out with the notorious Clanton gang. In 'Hud' (1963), Paul Newman plays the eponymous, hard-drinking son of old style, moralising ranch owner Homer (Melvyn Douglas). Hud and Homer's relationship comes to a head when the government demands the slaughter of the family's complete cattlestock in order to prevent the spread of Foot and Mouth disease. Hud wants to act in defiance of the order, whereas Homer prefers to play the game and obey the government, despite the possibility of losing everything. Finally, in 'Once Upon a Time in the West' (1969), a mysterious man (Charles Bronson) arrives in Flagstone intending to kill Frank (Henry Fonda), an outlaw trying to drive a widow off some valuable property.
