Double bill of children's animated comedy adventures based on characters from classic fairy tales. 'Happily N'ever After' (2007) features the voices of Sigourney Weaver, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. Tired of the status quo, Cinderella's evil and power-hungry stepmother Frida (Weaver) leads a war pitting the bad against the good. Cinderella (Gellar) starts out as a damsel in distress - but when her own fairy tale takes a radical left turn, she is forced to become the leader of a resistance group. In the sequel, 'Happily N'ever After 2' (2009), Princess Snow White (Helen Niedwick) is a misguided teenager who'd rather have fun with her friends Red Riding Hood (GK Bowes) and Little Bo Peep (Bowes) than help out ailing peasants. But Snow White must grow up fast when her father marries Lady Vain (Cindy Robinson), a scheming witch with evil plans to take over the kingdom.
