Filmmaker Jerry Rothwell follows Lewes-based punk band Heavy Load, some of whose members have learning disabilities, over a two-year period as they move away from their usual fare of disability club nights to perform a set at a mainstream music festival. The film captures the band members juggling their institutional timetable of day centres, work placements and social workers with the chaotically creative existence of the punk musician.
