Johnnie To directs this light-hearted Hong Kong crime caper in which a gang of four pickpockets become entangled with a mysterious woman. Simon Yam stars as Kei, the charismatic leader of a gang of trainee pickpockets, who becomes enchanted by the beautiful Chung Chun Lei (Kelly Lin). But Chung, the prisoner and plaything of master thief Fu Kim Tong (Lo Hoi-Pang), is quick to exploit the amorous advances of Kei and his cronies to secure her own longed-for escape.
