Cop buddy film follows a retired cop as he re-enters active service to avenge his partner's murder. Cop Alex (Devin Wesley) lost his former partner Dennis (Tommy Phipps) nine years ago to a demented madman, execution style, which really hurt him deeply. So much so that he quit the force and has been struggling with his demons ever since. When a madman invades his local mall and takes hostages, threatening innocent people, Alex sees red and his demons become second priority. When he further discovers that this madman is connected to the swine that gunned down Dennis, it is safe to say that it's ON between him and this vicious fool.
