Hindi romantic comedy directed by Priyadarshan which follows three unrelated people as they lie, cheat and steal their way to getting what they want in life. Anjali (Rimi Sen) runs away from her home village and heads for the city looking for work, but in order to find accommodation she must shack up with aspiring singer Nandu (Aftab Shivdasani) who has his own goals in mind. Meanwhile, electronics salesman Jeetu (Akshaye Khanna) dreams of marrying into a rich lifestyle, but in order to do so he believes he must appear to be wealthy himself so he steals some money from his parents to open his own business. All three characters are held together by a common thread in local millionaire Mr. Tiwari (Paresh Rawal), and as they become trapped in a web of deceit, must prepare to face the consequences of their lies.
