In Sickness and in Health - Series 6 DVD

| DVD

Alf Garnet returns as the grumpy moaning pensioner in Thatcherite Britain. In this final series we find him as insulting and absurdly prejudiced as ever despite discovering a ton of banknotes and becoming very rich. Warren Mitchell stars as the pig-headed bigot we all love to hate. Written by Johnny Speight.

All seven episodes from the sixth series of Johnny Speight's sequel to the classic 1960s comedy 'Till Death Us Do Part', featuring old big mouth himself, Alf Garnett (Warren Mitchell). Times have changed for Alf, with Else (Dandy Nichols) having died, he has had to get used to life as a widower, finally having to look after himself and cook his own meals - unless he can get his landlady from upstairs, Mrs. Hollingbery (Carmel McSharry), to do it for him.
