Brad Peyton directs this supernatural horror starring Aaron Eckhart and Carice van Houten. When eleven-year-old boy Cameron Sparrow (David Mazouz) is possessed by an evil entity, his mother Lindsey (van Houten) calls exorcist Dr Seth Ember (Eckhart) to New York to try and save him. Blessed with powerful psychic abilities, Ember is able to enter the victim's dreams and quickly gets to work trying to free Cameron from his ordeal. However, after discovering that the malicious entity he is up against is the same demon which claimed the lives of his wife and child years earlier, Ember finds himself in a race against time to save Cameron and return from the dream world before his old nemesis can take him too. The cast also includes Catalina Sandino Moreno, Keir O'Donnell and Matt Nable.
