The futuristic stone-age family makes its big-screen debut. George Jetson (voiced by George O'Hanlon) has had a job offer from his tightwad boss, Mr Spacely: he can run his own sprocket factory. However, it turns out that the factory is on a distant planet and that he's not the first employee from Spacely Sprockets Inc. to be sent to the factory. Furthermore, all his predecessors have mysteriously disappeared, never to be seen again...
