Fishing for cod in the Nordreisa Fiord 250 miles inside the Arctic Circle near Tromso in northern Norway. With snow-covered mountains reaching steeply down to the sea John and fellow angling journalist Dave Lewis fish for huge cod from a boat. Later John goes out on to a frozen fiord with a local guide to fish through the ice for cod and haddock. Plentiful wildlife includes sea eagles lynx and whales. Legendary John Wilson teams up with Dave Lewis to catch cod in the Arctic Circle. The wildlife is plentiful but will he land a monster fish?
