Russian animated feature about an evil villain named Urfin (voice of Konstantin Khabenskiy) who wishes to conquer all of the land of Oz, first by taking the Emerald City as his own and renaming it to Urfinville. When a young girl named Ellie (Ekaterina Gorokhovskaya) ends up in Oz, she discovers that the residents are terrified of Urfin taking over with his army of wooden soldiers and so enlists the help of scarecrow Strasheela (Sergey Dyachkov), the Iron Woodman (Valery Soloviev) and the Cowardly Lion (Valery Kukhareshin) to stop him and save Oz.
