Two two-part episodes from the first season of the series that revives the characters from the DC comics. In 'Paradise Lost', Wonder Woman returns to her home island, only to find all of her Amazon sisters transformed into stone statues by a sorcerer. The Justice League come to her aid, but she and Superman end up fighting each other when the sorcerer makes each see the other as a monstrous hallucination. In 'War World', Superman and J'onn J'onzz are abducted by aliens to War World, a deserted and hostile ruin of a planet, while on a mission to destroy an asteroid that is on a collision course for Earth. Green Lantern and Hawkgirl swoop in to rescue their friends.

Please note this is a region 2 DVD and will require a region 2 (Europe) or region Free DVD Player in order to play.   Paradise Lost: Wonder Woman returns home to Themyscira to find that the evil sorcerer Felix Faust has turned her mother, Hippolyta and the rest of her Amazon sisters to statues of stone. Faust promises to free Themyscira from his evil enchantment if Wonder Woman agrees to help him find the lost fragments of a mysterious ancient relic. War World: In the second superhero episode, Superman is captured by the warlord Mongul and plunged into a gladiator-style fight to the finish on an alien planet. Now, only Green Lantern and Hawkgirl can save their caped friend from the battle zone known only as War World.
