The world of high school student Natsuro Seno (voice of Marina Inoue) is turned upside down when one morning he awakes to find he has turned into a girl. A stuffed tiger (Michiko Nomura) wearing an eye patch comes to life and informs Natsuro that he has been selected to be a 'Kämpfer' - a female fighter who must battle against other Kämpfer.
