Their debut In The Court Of The Crimson King became a classic and is widely regarded as Day One of progressive rock. Virtuoso instrumentals mile-long improvisations highpitched songs perfect production and surreal lyrics bordering on the absurd are just some of the characteristics consistently featured in Crimson's creative process. In 1994 the dinosaurs of prog rock launched a superb comeback with their EP Vroom culminating in triumphal live concerts all... over the world that lasted until 1997.
