An updated version of the classic monster movie. An oil executive (Charles Grodin) sees the chance to make his fortune when he stumbles upon a remote island, whose inhabitants worship a giant ape-god - Kong. Capturing the mighty beast, the oil magnate brings it back to New York, earmarking it as the greatest attraction to come to Broadway.
