The actions that followed appeared to turn the tide of the war. The New War - The Communists reached out for an easy victory in South Korea and came close to achieving it. Disc 2 - The 38th Parallel - Under orders from Field Commander U.S. General Ridgway the beaten and battered UN forces were able to turn the tables on the Chinese.
