With the announcement that the world is due to end at midnight, a collection of Canadians wonder how to spend their last remaining hours. Patrick Wheeler (Don McKellar, who also provides the script and directs) attends a final family dinner, while Craig Zwiller (Callum Keith Rennie) attempts to make love to as many women as possible. Gas company executive Duncan (David Cronenberg) tries to keep services going until the very end, and doting wife Sandra (Sandra Oh) is delayed on her way home to carry out a death pact with husband.
