Liverpool 1 Blackpool 2-Barclay's Premier League 3/10/10 DVD

| DVD

What a day. What a story. Newly promoted Blackpool head to Anfield on the back of maulings at Emirates Stadium and Stamford Bridge with the same outcome expected and predicted by many. But the Seasiders proved what a good team they are. Right from the start they dominated the play creating chances and not looking out of place in the Anfield sunshine. By half time they were 2-0 up. Charlie Adam's penalty and Luke Varney's smart finish saw the travelling tangerine army go beserk. Those on the Kop were just as animated but for completely different reasons. The second... half brought pressure but Blackpool coped well with everything the Reds could throw at them to end victorious. It was a day no Blackpool fan will ever forget. The chants of We are Premier League never so true. Relive the whole game again in full with post match interviews as Ollie's tangerine dream just gets better and better. [show more]
