Danny Glover, Billy Burke and Parker Posey star in this drama written and directed by Andrew Meieran. When a small town syndicate hits the jackpot after playing the same lottery numbers for 12 years they start discussing the best ways to spend the money. Lloyd Howard (Burke) sees the opportunity to get the school's teachers back in employment and, in time, rejuvenate the whole town. Ambitious mayoress Shirley Paine (Posey) has very different plans however, mainly involving self-improvement. Whose ideas will win the vote?
