Adventure drama following a grieving family who come to terms with their loss with the help of a dog. After the death of his wife years previously, lawyer Brad Fairmont (Leo Grillo) and his daughter Kayla (Sammi Hanratty) are struggling to get by. A special canine named Magic (voice of Christopher Lloyd) runs away from a research lab and finds a way to mend the broken family by bringing scientist Sarah Westcott (Lori Heuring) into their lives.
