In the hunt for the Russian mobsters that murdered their best friend, football hooligans turned career-criminals, Mike and Eddie are led to Brazil where a major drug deal is set to take place under the cover of the World Cup. Looking to hijack the deal and gain the ultimate redemption, the pair become caught between international drug cartels, local thugs and corrupt police as they are plunged into the murky depths of the Brazilian underworld.

Simon Phillips and Vas Blackwood star in this drama directed, produced and written by Paul Tanter. Following on from 'The Rise and Fall of a White Collar Hooligan' (2012) and 'White Collar Hooligan 2: England Away' (2013), Eddie Hill (Phillips) is back and he means business. After the death of his friend Katie (Rita Ramnani), Eddie manages to find out that the killer is hiding in Brazil; with the hope of taking his revenge, Eddie departs for Brazil, using the hoards of people travelling to the World Cup as cover.
