Turkish documentary/drama hybrid telling the stories of three young men working on and around the Bosphorus Bridge in central Istanbul. Unlicensed flower seller Fikret (Fikret Portakal), taxi driver Umut (Umut Ilker) and traffic policeman Murat (Murat Tokgoz) all live in straitened circumstances in the downtrodden suburbs of the city and harbour dreams of a better life in this most modern and ancient of cities.
