Chuck Norris stars in this American action feature. After spending seven years in a North Vietnamese POW camp special forces Colonel James Braddock (Norris) escapes and returns to base. He reluctantly joins a fact-finding mission to try and track down other captive Americans. But he soon becomes disgusted with the attitude of the higher ranks and sets out on a daring mission to discover the real facts and free the men he knows are still being held behind enemy lines.
