Elisabeth Shue is Molly, a 28-year-old autistic woman who's care home has been closed down. It is now up to her high flying brother Buck (Aaron Eckhart) to look after her, even though he has not had any contact with her for years. Buck soon realises that he must fit Molly into his social calender which makes his life a complete mess. However, just when Buck seems to be losing control of his life Molly becomes a candidate for a new medical procedure which could completely cure her.
