Led by impeccably coiffed Scouse showman-medium Derek Acorah, the team sets up in the UK's most haunted spots according to legend and lore, attempting to conclusively prove the existence of the unexplained. They invariably come away with nothing even approaching conclusive evidence but their encounters often provide good entertainment.
