Ed Quinn and Michael Dudikoff star in this apocalyptic action horror. While the US Vice President Bentley (Rick Fox) is visiting New Orleans, a deadly zombie outbreak occurs in the city and a group of elite Navy SEALs are sent in to extract him. When they arrive to begin their mission, Lt. Pete Cunningham (Quinn) and his fellow soldiers find themselves in a battle against an ever-expanding undead army and forced to go behind enemy lines to rescue their target.
