Japanese action thriller in which sex traffickers make the fatal mistake of trying to enslave a crusading female ninja. In a largely lawless land, two ninja clans, the Iga and Kouga, are at war. Two of the most brutal Iga ninjas, Shimotsuki (Mitsuki Koga) and Hizukie (Masanori Mimoto), are assigned the task of abducting young women from their rival clan to sell into prostitution. They duly capture four women from a Kouga village and lead them away gagged and bound. However, when the binds are loosened the two Iga ninjas receive a surprise - not only is 19 year old Kisaragi (Rina Takeda) a highly skilled ninja herself, but she has pledged to wage a deadly war on the sex trade that once enslaved her mother...

A fierce rivalry between the Iga and Kouga gangs rages in the streets of Japan and two maniac eunuchs are sent to abduct women for use as 'tools of pleasure'. However, when they abduct a kunoichi, a highly skilled female ninja, without knowing, their criminal empire is turned on its head.
