Made-for-TV backwoods horror starring John Schneider. When the sleepy rural town of Ellesmere suffers an epidemic during the 1850s, the townspeople strike an occult deal in exchange for a cure. But for the next 150 years the town, frozen in time, must pay the price - the yearly reappearance of a man-eating ogre intent on claiming his prize. Now, as the yearly cycle of bloodshed returns, a group of teenagers unwittingly stumble across the town and soon find themselves being hunted by the voracious creature.
