Classic British comedy directed by Albert de Courville. The film follows Percy Flower (Albert Burdon), a mild-mannered chemist, who is given a powerful potion by a mysterious Russian scientist which turns him into a confident and virile man capable of seducing the girl of his dreams. However, the potion also has adverse effects, and before long he is transformed into a little boy. Meanwhile, the British crown jewels, which are being guarded by Percy's Beefeater father Horatio (Jay Laurier), are being targeted by a group of American thieves...
